Community Building (Relationship with property stakeholders & Team)
- Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders through regular interactions, personalized support, and addressing their concerns promptly.
- Attend daily team meetings to ensure clear communication, task coordination, and efficient workflow.
- Attend comprehensive safety training programs for FM personnel, including first aid, fire safety, and earthquake evacuation drills to ensure expected level of performance.
Ensure Uninterrupted FM service.
- Patrolling and monitoring activities on the company’s premises regularly to discourage criminals
- Evicting trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators following legal protocols
Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles according to protocols. - Monitoring surveillance cameras to watch out for any disruptions or unlawful activities.
Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management. - Testing security systems and, if needed, operating X-ray machines and metal detectors.
- Using provided communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise manner.
- Performing CPR or first aid when needed
- Adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
Record Keeping
- Prepare incident report
- Complete and keep daily checklist for record
Team Development
- Attend daily morning meeting with other team members and perform assign tasks.
- Attend training for FM personnel on safety awareness issue (Fast Aid, Fire & Earth quack evacuation drill) to ensure expected level of performance.
Other Assignments
- Taking personal initiatives for self-development
- Any assignment given by the management time to time
- Regular follow-up on any communication with existing clients for any reason
- Attend management or any special meeting (as and when required)
Continuous Professional Development
- Exhibit the company’s core value in all aspects of working area
Qualification
- SSC pass.
- A qualification in security training.
- Basic first aid skills would be advantageous.
- Physical strength and fitness.
- 2 years’ experience as a Security Guard.
