Kamal Biswas
Mr. Biswas is a management professional with over 16 years of corporate experience in facilities/property management, operations, and customer service. He has held key roles at prominent organizations including ASC (Japan), ULAB, and leading real estate companies like Rangs, ABC, and Rupayan. He has a proven track record in team leadership, financial performance, and client satisfaction. He holds a B.Sc. in EEE from ADUST and an M.Sc. in ECE from Islamic University, along with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from JPI. An active participant in cultural and social activities, including theater and debate, he is known for applying innovation, integrity, and collaborative leadership to achieve long-term organizational success.
Rezaur Rahman Khan
Rezaur Rahman Khan is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of leadership in hospitality and real estate. He excels in driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and strategic business transformations for major international brands like Marriott, Fairmont, and Noble House. Currently CEO at Real Facility Management in Dhaka, he has a proven track record of exceeding financial targets, elevating customer satisfaction, and building high-performing teams. A Certified Hotel Business Acumen (CHBA) professional and engineering graduate from California State University, Los Angeles, Rezaur combines analytical rigor with a passion for innovation and mentorship.
